Just a quick note to heartily recommend Tim Whistler Plumbing’s services. We found Tim through the neighborhood list serve when we were looking for a plumbing company to take care of two clogged drains. We decided to give him a try and we couldn’t have been more pleased.
Tim was prompt, professional and conscientious. He was thorough and worked fast to clear the drains and then followed up by e-mail to recommend ways to keep the clogs clear in the future. What’s even better is Tim is a neighbor. I can’t recommend him enough.

We had a list of plumbing work to be done and Tim Whistler Plumbing and Gas Fitting were fantastic! They gave us a great estimate, and provided us updates using the HouseCall app. They told us what needed to be done and what weren’t necessary fixes. They made a stressful situation not so stressful.

Can’t say enough good things about Tim. He installed new sewer pipes in our basement (a major project) after the old ones started to crack.
He came on time, worked without any problems, charged what he said he would, and cleaned up so well my wife was amazed.
Doesn’t get any better than that. Oh, and he’s a hella nice guy.

We would also love to chime in on Tim’s team’s outstanding work. He’s already helped us repair our leaky toilet, install an under cabinet water filter, and snaked out our basement stairwell tile drain. They even cleaned up the entire stairway before finishing, which was a really nice touch.
Tim and his team go the extra mile and their prices are very reasonable, too. They are our official our go-to plumbers, can’t recommend them enough.

Great plumber in neighborhood – Tim Whistler
Tim stopped by our house this morning, to finish up a job he started last week. He located a 2 small replacement parts at a supply store, saving us from having to do more expensive full hardware replacements. By comparing the quality of copper pipe joints he installed to the ones installed by a previous plumber, it is obvious that he does quality work. And he’s friendly and knowledgeable. If you stuff that sock down the toilet, he’ll get it out!

I am writing to say thank you for the great service today. Tim Whistler came to install my gas oven and range. There were a couple of challenges along the way, beginning with the way the gas line had been routed up through my floor. Another challenge was the fact that I have propane, so each burner assembly had to be adjusted accordingly. I liked Tim’s magnifier app on his phone. It helped him see the small numbers that were necessary to read.
Tim patiently worked through the challenges and got the oven/range installed. He then spent as much time as it took to check out each of the functions. In particular, I was looking for a way to adjust the burners to burn lower (so as not to burn my rice). Tim was able to find the way to do that. Finally, he was not satisfied until he figured out the reason for the smokiness coming from the oven. After looking through the customer service information, he found that there is a waxy residue on the flame cover in the oven from the manufacturing process that should be removed with mild detergent. Problem solved.
Throughout the time Tim was here, he was a pleasure to work with. My husband runs a sizable landscape company and we are well aware of the power of good customer service. Tim was capable, professional, patient and thorough at all times. I will use Tim Whistler from now on.
